Tanja’s philosophy in working with clients is to meet each individual’s needs as effectively as possible. The emphasis is on listening to what clients want to achieve, working collaboratively with them to create an action plan, and supporting/motivating each person along his/her path to change. Counselling services are designed to tackle more challenging and long-standing issues, while coaching can help to focus clients in achieving specific goals.
Making the decision to initiate counselling can be a scary and overwhelming experience. Finding the right fit with your psychologist is critical, and Dr. Tanja understands that.
